EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCES

I graduated at the Faculty of Finance and Accounting at the University of Economics in Prague and finished a post-graduate study (LL.M. in commercial law) at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno.

During the Czech Presidency in the Council of the EU in 2009, I participated in the drafting of legislative texts, and as a delegate of the Czech Ministry of Finance, in negotiations within the Working Party on Tax Questions (Indirect taxes - VAT) of the Council of the EU. In the years 2009-2010, I took part in an internship in various tax administration institutions in Germany (Finanzamt Chemnitz-Süd, Bundeszentralamt für Steuern, Sächsisches Staatsministerium der Finanzen) and in Austria (Finanzamt Graz-Stadt). After that, I worked as a tax specialist in the Indirect Tax Department (VAT) at KPMG AG (Berlin). 2011-2013 I was a member of the Supervisory Board of the Chamber of Tax Advisers of the Czech Republic.

I am a tax advisor since 2004. I focus especially on the personal income tax including the international taxation and issues related to the health and social insurance of individuals having income both from the Czech and foreign sources. I concern with VAT as well. Due to my experience with VAT in Germany I can register you at German tax authority and take care of your VAT compliance.

I can provide you with my services in Czech, English and German.
